Frequently Asked Questions

When will my order ship?

The processing time is 3-5 business days (does not include weekends or holidays) before an order ships depending on current order volume. Processing time for custom text orders is 5-10 business days (does not include weekends or holidays). A ship by date is included on your Etsy order confirmation. Upgrade shipping options at checkout does not change the processing time. If you need something by a specific date, please send us an Etsy message prior to ordering to confirm it will ship in time.

Sizing details

A size chart is available on the listing photos (measurements are in inches.) If you have any additional questions, please send a message. Returns or exchanges are not accepted as the items are made to order, so please make sure to refer to the size chart when ordering.

Does the shirt/tank come with the sleeves rolled up or tied?

Shirt sleeves or tanks will not be rolled up or come tied. The photo is shown as a way the shirt may be worn. Also props on display photos are not included with purchase. The listing is for the shirt only.

Custom and personalized orders

If you would like a custom order or to add a name on a shirt, please send me a message prior to ordering. If you just leave a note on the order, this may delay the processing time as we will need to confirm with you before any personalization can be made.

I received my order and there is an error. How can this be resolved?

If there is a mistake with your order and the error is our fault, please notify us within 3 days of delivery so we may fix the issue ASAP. If contacted after the requested 3 days, there is no guarantee a replacement is possible especially if the item is needed for a specific date/event and instead a refund will be given.

My order has not been delivered or is lost

Orders are shipped using USPS. Once the item is in possession of USPS and is in transit, it is out of our control. We are not liable for packages that are delayed, lost, damaged or stolen. Refunds will not be given for orders not received by USPS estimated delivery dates.

*Insurance can be purchased as a shipping upgrade option in the event a package is lost or damaged by USPS.

USPS is returning my package, will you reship?

If a package is returned by USPS, the cost to reship will have to be paid.

If the reshipping cost is not paid, there will be no refund given.

If an item is purchased with free shipping and is returned by USPS, the cost to reship will have to be paid.

Orders will not be refunded in the event that a package is returned and will not arrive in time when reshipping.
