The average processing time is 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), depending on current order volume. For orders with custom text, processing may take 5–10 business days. Your Etsy order confirmation will include an estimated ship-by date. Please note that selecting a shipping upgrade at checkout does not shorten the processing time. Since all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges—so please be sure to review the size chart carefully before placing your order. If you'd like to place a custom order or add a name to a shirt, please send me a message before placing your order. Leaving a note at checkout may delay processing, as we’ll need to confirm the details with you before moving forward with any personalization.
If there’s a mistake with your order and it’s due to our error, please reach out within 3 days of delivery so we can make it right as quickly as possible. If we’re contacted after that window, we can’t guarantee a replacement—especially if the item is needed for a specific event—but we will issue a refund instead when appropriate.
All orders are fulfilled and shipped by our designated print provider. They may use different shipping carriers depending on the item and destination, but all orders will include tracking information once shipped. Please note that once a package is in the carrier’s possession and in transit, we are not responsible for delays, losses, damages, or theft. Refunds will not be issued for orders that do not arrive by the estimated delivery dates provided by the carrier.
If a package is returned by the carrier (due to an incorrect address, delivery attempt failure, etc.), the cost to reship the item will need to be covered by the customer. If the reshipping fee is not paid, the order will not be refunded.
For orders that originally included free shipping, the reshipping cost still applies if the package is returned. Please note that we do not offer refunds if a returned package is reshipped and does not arrive in time for a specific event or deadline.

We recommend washing inside out with cold water (max 30°C or 90°F) on a gentle cycle. Do not bleach. Tumble dry on low heat. If ironing is needed, iron inside out—do not iron directly on the print. Do not dry clean.
